44767 "George Stephenson" passes Sowerby Bridge on the 18th March 1995 with "The Norseman" special. The photo is in black and white because of the stock- the horrible "Pilkington Set", which was used on many of the "Days Out" tours, of which this was one.

76079 and 45407 are seen at Nappa on the 26th March 2005 with "The Dalesman" 06.30 Manchester Victoria to Carlisle. This shot is in black and white because my colour camera shutter didn't fire, thus preventing what would have been a great colour shot!

I don't remember what the train was, but I do remember that it was very late at this point and I'd been standing with my feet in a foot of snow for about three hours when the train finally passed. Cold wasn't the word!
